Pole Fitness classes are workout sessions using off-the-pole and on-the-pole exercises that are beneficial to anyone on a journey to getting fit.
Pole Technique classes are designed for anyone wanting to learn how to pole dance, whether they are just starting their pole journey or looking to take their pole skills to the next level.
Due to limited available spots, pre-registration is recommended for all Levels Pole Fitness classes, workshops, and events to secure your place in a session.
If you are starting in Pole Conditioning, dress comfortably in clothes that you would wear to the gym. Yoga pants or shorts are fine with a workout top, tank top or t-shirt. For your footwear, you can be barefoot, wear socks or a flexible running shoe.
In other classes, shorts are recommended and heels are welcome.
Please bring your smile and a sexy positive attitude each time you walk through the door!! For Pole Conditioning and Flex for Pole, you will need a yoga mat for the floor workout. A bottle of water and a towel couldn’t hurt either. Oh, and don’t forget your pole grip aid.
Pole grip aids can help the body have better grip on the pole, improving control and saving stamina. Pole grip aids come in the forms of liquids, chalks, gels, sprays, gloves, leggings, etc. The need for pole grip differs for everyone for various reasons, including: skin types, climate, how much you naturally sweat, or how hard you're working your muscles.
A normal class size is small, up to 8 students. You will have your own pole, giving you plenty of pole time. If more than 8 students are allowed, the min/max for students will be stated.
Levels Pole Fitness has a NO REFUND policy. We will gladly offer you a credit towards another service should an emergency arise.
For appointments that are canceled without an 8-hour notice, no refund or credit will be provided.
You can call/text 843-508-3382 or email levels2fitness@gmail.com to cancel/reschedule a class, workshop or private pole party at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time.

The poles are professionally installed using ceilings mounts. The manufacturer does not have an official weight limit. However, when properly used each pole can support 250+ lbs. Our pole routines are designed so everyone can have fun and feel safe doing basic turns, slides, and spins in a secure environment.
You can always bring heels to class. However, you are never required to wear high heels in any class.
Pole fitness is considered one of the most unique ways to get fit by burning calories and building muscle strength. It provides a full body workout. Unlike traditional strength training, pole fitness builds strength using your body weight as resistance. Initially, you may not be strong enough to execute certain moves and techniques. However, strength gains, body toning and weight loss will become noticeable after consistently engaging in pole fitness for an extended period of time. The amount of time will vary for everyone.
Private sessions are not currently offered. More information will be provided when private sessions become available.
